A free online University, Academia Humanitas. Prove competence in each Lexicon on track for credit toward a degree, pre-set or new degree as technology & content become available.
Knowledge is treasure, the infrastructure of Knowledge is an industry. Anything that expands, archives, calculates, context & retrieve knowledge has high economic value.
Content Creators get 50% ownership of original content or packaging of knowledge, and most of the royalties. This will be enforced by Blockchain hyper-ledger, NFTs and may in the future involve digital copywriting
Economic participation is available to all, requiring only an internet-capable device. Whether gig work, or venture, science or art, specialized or general skill. Pay with transglobal digital currency & various money swaps. Taxation is up to individuals.
Wide distribution of wealth. Higher Priority given to ensuring millions get a little money rather than a few individuals
Democratic distribution of Wealth. Appropriate rewards for merit, accomplishment skill, competence. Limits on concentration of Wealth. A proposed 1% rule on revenue & capital.
The destiny & success of the MemeWeb depends on many hands, not heads.

The Memeweb will be run by a single, non-profit Authority with maximum transparency. Other modus operandi:

Authority has 50% ownership of knowledge, immutable. But royalties split according to circumstance. Usually, the Authority gets a small percentage, Authors the rest.
The Authority’s morality shall be based on Stoicism.
The Authority policies and actions will be based on Science, data, facts at the level of Legal Evidentiary protocol.
The Authority aligns with no Nationality, Religion, Creed. It will observe Universal non-discrimination except in cases where petitioners act to to erode the rights of others.
Authority will start as an American non-profit, but will become extra-National/Global when possible.
Make transactions & allocations autonomous, automatic and immediate.
Run operations by Smart Contract & DAO wherever possible, run by humans where human value is invovled.
Insure fairness, credit, royalties. Combat censorship, oppression, cruelty, bullying, extortion, deception, sabotage, contamination, AI & Human exploitation.
