OK, what’s the Price?

The Blind Guy uses Project Pricing based on an estimate of billable hours & a standard rate. Previously, the Blind Guy charged $60/hour, but in light of his condition, he now charges $30/hour. He prices project to fit your budget, but his availability is limited. Paul is accepting small to medium projects, where his experience outweighs the extra time required to code.

Essentially, you can get the Blind Guy experience cheaper than middle Europe , even India, in the Pacific timezone.
