- Incorporate.
- Write out your Business plan, Marketing plan, branding, product & audiences.
- Write out a Capacity Plan.
- Sign up for a Webhost like GoDaddy, BlueHost, WP-Engine and 1-2 domains renewable each year.
- Install WordPress.
- Plan Look and Feel.
- Install plugins.
- Build Taxonomies, decide if you want custom post types & custom taxonomies.
- Write your Home Page.
- Create your Pages, your first few posts and Homepage.
- If you have an online store, write & set up products.
- Set up Social Media accounts, email marketing, WordPress.org account & Gravatar, your personal image.
- Privacy & Terms of Service.
- Sign up with a CRM, like JetPack, SalesForce, MailChimp. Create Opt-in forms for the website. This is serious work.
- Choose an online Payment Processing Host like PayPal Stripe or Wire. Install Plugin and add forms to your Website. Incorporate with your CRM if you do invoicing. THis is also serious work.
